Since one of the permanent concerns of the vendors and buyers particularly, international transactions and purchase of goods, is complete certainty in the fulfillment of commitments undertaken by the seller from aspect of quantity and quality. In this regard, one of the tools that can be considered and with it responsibility of the seller before shipment and payment would be evaluated and controlled is taking advantage of inspection companies’ services by the use of monitoring the quality and quantity control of goods purchased. It can be reduced the future disputes between the purchaser and the seller. Nowadays, inspection companies are an important component of world trade that their existence is using for controlling the quantity, quality and packaging of the product and to prevent the importation and exportation of shoddy goods .
